First Line Technical Helpdesk Consultant
First Line Technical Helpdesk Consultant required to join a Leading software company based in Warrington.
This role would offer Hybrid working with two days required in the office
The first line support helps desk consultant will respond to customer requests for assistance in the resolution of customer queries. This involves supporting customers and colleagues in the technical set up and configuration of the various software in current use, advising them on best practice, and provide a technical/software consultancy service as and when required.
