Infrastructure Support for a leading retail bank in the financial services sector based in London. This is a hybrid job with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

The environment is fairly small so you will need to wear quite a few hats such as 3rd line technical support with some experience of dealing with users as everyone is in the same office.

You will have the following skills;

• Experience of at least one Azure implementation including design
• Experience of implementing Office 365 and support
• MS Teams configuration and Support experience
• 3rd line support and 2nd line support experience
• Any experience in the financial sector a plus
