New contract project opportunity with a prestigious company in the finance sector. This contract is based in New York City.

PeopleSoft Financials Director will responsible for defining, leading, and supporting all Financials modules including Account Payable, Asset Management, Treasury and Cash Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Project Costing and General Ledger. Coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of enhancements and projects. You will also be responsible to ensure that projects are completed on time, with high quality standards, and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:
o Lead the implementations of PeopleSoft FSCM
o Work with Corporate Finance leadership to define the strategic roadmaps consistent with Enterprise IT strategy, architecture, development and security standards and business-IT principles.
o Provide high level technical and functional leadership for all designs and solutions.
o Provide direction and support of business process assessment, analysis, redesign, and best practice review.
o Support projects in other areas that require data or integrations.
o Plan, lead, prioritize and delegate work relating to design, development and implementation.
o Estimate work plans
o Develop project plans
o Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
o Recruit and retain qualified resources

Skills
Strong Functional understanding across PeopleSoft FSCM modules
Strong background and knowledge in application architecture and implementations
Strong Project Management skills

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 15 or more years of experience
Demonstrated proficiency in PeopleSoft development - systems design, development, testing, deployment and support of PeopleSoft v9.2 FSCM application.
