Understand business processes (HR) and capacity to understand the business needs

Elaboration of Functional requirements to Odoo from the Business requirements

Knowledge on Payroll

Technical expertise on Odoo framework

Ability to provide user guidance and training, coaching to the users

Ability to develop in Odoo

Software development Lifecycle: GitHub (Enterprise)
