Job Description
1st Line Support/ Help desk support required to join a global accountancy firm based at fenchurch street (London).
This role would be ideal for a graduate with a 6 months to a year's commercial experience within and IT environment.
You will shadow a 2nd line support engineer who will mentor and providing training and natural progression to 2nd line will be on offer.
Key requirements:
Answering incoming calls, chats and emails
Ensuring all queries / issues are logged accurately on a ticketing system regardless of source
Working on support tickets either directly or through managed escalation
Managing assigned tickets to an SLA
Pro-active floor walking if needed to attend to issues
Strong ability to follow agreed resolutions and help suggest new ones
Moderate understanding of PCs, networks and communications, browsers and the Microsoft application stack
Thorough appreciation of data sensitivity, privacy and security
Excellent time management
Excellent spoken and written English
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 plus added company benefits
