IT Manager / System Manager (Hands-on) - 3rd Line Support / Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Support

IT Manager to join a team within the Entertainment sector in a hybrid working environment. If you love music and events, then this will be an opportunity of a life time.

You will be responsible for providing hardware and network support for the 80+ staff in the group, including both Mac and PC users mainly based out of the London office. Your role will be managing the IT needs and third-party suppliers.

You will have strong working knowledge of networking, computer and network security, Windows Office 365 and Mac OS.

Demonstrable evidence of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement.

The role:
  • Maintenance and improvement of the office information infrastructure and related processes (Network, Office 365, local servers monitoring, security, etc.)
  • Routine hardware and software support for around 50 local users and about 30 in other offices or remote (Windows 365 and Mac OS). Security audit, budgeting and implementing good practice across the group and keeping standards maintained.
  • Work alongside HR and senior stakeholders to support a smooth onboarding and offboarding of team members.
  • Apple Mobile Device Management.
  • DNS management of main group domains, focus on email domains.
  • Manage third party providers for IT services: obtain competitive quotes, update and renegotiate technology related licenses and third-party agreements, manage contract
  • Renewal dates and notice periods to ensure business continuity.
  • Technology consultancy for various parts of the business

Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• SharePoint & Office 365 management.
• Adobe CC license management
 
Nice to know:
• VOIP phone system management
• Ensure the organisation works within GDPR and data protection guidelines and regulations.
• Google Workspace and Google Cloud knowledge a bonus.
