Client Support Analyst
Client/Application Support Analyst required to join a leading Fin-Tech company based in London (City).
The ideal Application Support Analyst would have at least a years experience supporting software within a fast paced environment. The Application support analyst would be supporting external clients who are non technical so the candidate must be a great communicator and able to explain things in a non technical way to clients who will be Trader so there's a need to be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
This is a client-facing role with daily responsibilities involving dealing with clients in a support/advisory capacity, providing resolution and follow up to issues which arise in business-critical, production environments.
