Job Description

Head of Digital Customer Service - Cryptocurrency / Crypto

Due to continued growth a leading Company in the online Crypto / Finance sector has an opportunity for a Head of Digital Customer success with some of the following skills;

Analyse current systems and Introduce new tools and systems and set direction
Build digital customer services team from it's current level of over 100. Recruit new employees as new markets develop in the UK, Canada and Switzerland
Implement control processes and things like mystery shoppers
Oversea customer experience and introduce new strategies to improve it
Manage the customer support team
Use feedback from customers to improve customer service
Introduce accountability for customer service
Hold daily meetings
Work across other teams to improve customer service
Ongoing reporting.

This opportunity is remote so you don't have to be office based.
