Business Systems Analyst
|
Business Systems Analyst with experience of CRM/ERP/finance systems for a leading company in Cardiff Wales. The right candidate will have experience of working in a Microsoft Windows environment, ideally with a background in Microsoft development environments. The business systems analyst will also take a hands-on role as required, in administration and support of software applications. The systems analyst will be involved in project-based work, working with the Business Systems Manager and other project managers to build requirements, business relationships and develop specifications, define system requirements and support and develop existing systems. On a day-to-day basis the post holder will support the administration of corporate systems, support and maintain system workflows and processes; focusing on finance and business systems. As well as supporting the major business systems within the company you will also develop and complete accurate business models including process, data and activity for all current corporate applications. Will also be responsible for developing system requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Qualifications in PRINCE2 or other project management techniques useful as is the ability to work within a systematic framework. Please forward your CV ASAP.
